ZIMMER GROUP BIDS FAREWELL TO EIGHT LONGSTANDING EMPLOYEES IN RETIREMENT

In June and July, a total of eight long-serving Zimmer Group employees were given a well-deserved retirement. In the circle of superiors, management, personnel department and the works council, the past years were looked back on.

The first two honorees from Zimmer GmbH Daempfungssysteme were Frank Gramer, who had been with the company since 2017 in the incoming goods department and most recently in production, and Hans-Peter Minet, who had been with the company for almost 20 years and most recently in the testing department. Both were valuable employees who were considered important pillars.

At the Ottersweier site of Zimmer GmbH Kunststofftechnik, Managing Director Jonas Zimmer bid farewell to three employees with personal words. Among them were Eva-Maria Ronecker (joined in 2014) and Bernadette Glaser-Steinborn (joined in 2004), both of whom worked as production assistants in the injection molding department. For more than twenty years, retiree Carlos Schill worked in production in the toolmaking department and was thus able to accompany the start of the company for a long time.

In July, three more employees of Zimmer GmbH in Rheinau were bidden farewell. Among them was Josef Hodapp, who had been working in the company's turning department since 2005. Also Leonhard Rheinberger, who as head of the grinding department had been an important part of the company since 2006. Likewise Jacques Peter, who was with the company for more than twenty years and was most recently responsible for the logistics area.

For the coming phase of their lives, the Zimmer Group wishes them much happiness, joy and the best of health. All employees who have ever retired from Zimmer Group will continue to be invited to both the summer party and the Christmas party.
