To ensure efficient handling of radiators, Automatismos Rijat has developed an automated solution that enables the secure clamping, rotation, and positioning of workpieces. The system performs various handling steps within the manufacturing process, utilizing several Zimmer Group components: the MGP800, SB swivel jaws, and the GEP2013IL. The combination of these components allows the radiators to be securely gripped, aligned, and flexibly handled. The robust gripping technology ensures stable process flow and enables repeatable automation even for demanding handling tasks. The solution increases the efficiency of the production process, reduces manual labor, and ensures reliable and cost-effective automation of radiator handling.
