Handling system loading / unloading BAZ


Depalletizing of solid aluminum raw pallets from the stack. Added to this was the high demand on the cycle time and thus the dynamics of the robot.


A combined suction / gripper system ensures a secure hold of the aluminum plate. First, the plate is lifted from the stack by suction cups. Then a parallel gripper is moved in to load the machine tool in the dynamic.
