At Heras, a leading European supplier of fencing systems, laser-cut fencing components are collected fully automatically for each order and forwarded to the next production step. The system acts as a link between cutting, sorting and internal logistics, while providing a continuous overview of the status of each order.
Rolan Robotics | Systeem integrator developed the system to meet Heras' logistical challenges. Together with the Rolan Robotics team, we defined the gripper selection and used a GPH8000 for tests in the pilot setup. This allowed shape deviations, stacking patterns and tolerances to be realistically validated, after which this proven configuration was adopted in the final system.
