Fully automated pallet recycling

The system from BHV-Automation automatically detects and measures used Euro pallets, uses AI to select the appropriate sawing program and breaks the pallets down into recyclable components fully automatically. Our GPP5000 gripper takes care of all the handling: it grips the pallet securely, keeps it stable despite dirt and varying conditions and positions it precisely for the sawing process. With its high gripping force, robust steel/steel guide and protection against dust and splash water, it ensures a repeatable, reliable disassembly process.
