Van Dongen Engineering B.V. has developed a series of measuring machines that are each responsible for a specific step in the process and together ensure 100% control over product quality. Each rotor shaft component for electric drives is measured immediately after machining and automatically adjusted if necessary. This ensures that all parts remain within specifications and the safety of the end product is guaranteed.
For handling in the measuring area, Van Dongen deliberately chose our GPP5000 gripper in combination with an XYR axis alignment. This ensures precise positioning without mechanical stress, so that the measurement results remain accurate to the micrometer.
