Challenge
Pick-up of up to 4 sand cores in a sizing bath. Rotation of the cores to evenly distribute the size and deposit the 5 sand cores in a row.
Solution
The sand cores are picked up in the center. The 4-fold endless rotation units are driven by two motors. Swivel units for the unfolding process are integrated.
