The Zimmer Group held a ceremony to bid farewell to one of its employees on her well-deserved retirement - Lydia Troppmann, who had been with Zimmer GmbH Kunststofftechnik at the Ottersweier site since September 2018.

In her role as a production assistant in injection molding, Ms. Lydia Troppmann contributed a high level of expertise, team spirit and diligence. Her commitment and collegiality were exemplary and made her a valued and valuable employee.

In addition to Lydia Troppmann, Peter Müller (Plant Manager Plastics Technology), Uwe Seiterich (AV/Head of Plastics), Mathias Herrmann (Injection Molding Setter) and Manuela Herberger (Works Council Member) also took part in the farewell ceremony on February 7.

The recognition from colleagues and management was not only an expression of personal appreciation, but also of the company philosophy, which recognizes each individual and their contribution to the company's success. This appreciation is also reflected in the fact that former colleagues who have retired during their time with the Zimmer Group are cordially invited to the family company's annual Christmas party and summer party.
