2-Jaw Parallel Grippers
Series GP400

- High gripping force as a result of optimal direction change of driving force into gripping force
1. 2-jaw parallel grippers

- High gripping force as a result of optimal direction change of driving force into gripping force
        Challenge

A trowalizing system needed to be equipped with taps. In the gripper design, the interference contours were challenging, both due to different loading positions in the machine as well as when picking up taps from the magazines.
        Solution

As the solution, a triple gripper based on standard Zimmer Group components with an individual jaw set was designed.
