Honoring ten years of employment

The founders of Zimmer Group, Martin and Günther Zimmer, visited the company's Chinese subsidiary together with CEO Achim Gauss. A special highlight of the visit was an employee event honoring the successful development of the Chinese subsidiary.

During the event, Martin and Günther Zimmer, together with managing director Achim Gauss, presented medals to employees who have been with the company for ten years. In doing so, the Zimmer Group recognized their long-standing commitment, loyalty, and significant contribution to the successful development of the location.

Since its founding around ten years ago, the team has grown from fewer than ten to over 50 employees today. This development is supported by a modern production facility covering an area of over 13,000 square meters and reflects the sustainable growth and continuous investment in the location.

In his speech, Achim Gauss emphasized: “The flourishing development of the Chinese market is inextricably linked to the efforts of each and every employee. Zimmer Group will continue to deepen its localization strategy and work hand in hand with the team to create further opportunities.”
