Zimmer Group honors long-term service in anniversary celebration
Last Wednesday, Zimmer Group held a ceremony to honor those of its employees who, over the past year, have been able to look back on 10, 20, 25, 30, 35 and even 40 years of service. A total of 109 employees were honored for their service and decades of loyalty to the company. Together, they have an impressive 1,840 years of service – a figure that impressively underscores the centerpiece of the company's success story.
“It is a great pleasure for me to stand before you today and look back on the journey we have taken together to get here,“ said Martin Zimmer, founder and CEO of Zimmer Group, in his address. ”Our anniversary celebration is a token of our gratitude and appreciation for the commitment, hard work and passion of each and every one of you."
Over the past few years, Zimmer Group has reached some remarkable milestones and has become one of the leading companies in its industry. In addition to innovation and cutting-edge technology, long-term collaboration with employees plays a key role. "Every company thrives on the knowledge, skills and experience of each of its employees.To be able to exploit this energy, we need colleagues who are willing to contribute their experience to the company over a long period of time," Martin Zimmer continued.
All the employees celebrating anniversaries were honored with gifts and the traditional medal. After that, the group toasted to their years together and celebrated the successes they have achieved. The focus was also on the future. Zimmer Group continues to innovate by investing in new technologies, production sites and future-oriented products. New product launches such as linear axes, the vacuum technology portfolio and innovations in the field of system technology are just a few of the latest developments that strengthen the company and prepare it for the future.
